About us
AK Tech Park (“AK Tech Park”, “we”, “us”) is an IT services company based in Saibaba Colony, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. We provide digital services such as website design and development, software development, digital marketing, SEO, branding and graphic design. We do not sell or ship physical goods.
Acceptance of these terms
By using aktechpark.com, contacting us, or making a payment to AK Tech Park, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy, Refund, Return, Shipping and Cancellation policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
How projects are confirmed
Every project begins only after mutual confirmation by email. That email (or the proposal or quotation it confirms) sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline, price and payment schedule. The confirmed email terms apply to that project and take priority over this page if the two differ.
Prices and payments
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless the confirmed email says otherwise, and applicable taxes such as GST are added as per law.
- Payments may be made online through our payment gateway (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets) or by bank transfer, as per the confirmed schedule (for example an advance, milestone payments and a final payment before handover).
- Payment of an invoice confirms acceptance of the scope and terms for that stage of work.
- We do not store your card or bank details; online payments are processed securely by our payment gateway partner.
Client responsibilities
You agree to share accurate information, content, logos, approvals and access (such as domain or hosting logins) on time. Delays in providing these may change the delivery timeline.
Delivery of services
All our services are delivered digitally, for example a live website or software, online accounts, design files, reports or access credentials, by email, a shared link or direct deployment. See our Shipping Policy.
Intellectual property
On receipt of full payment, the final deliverables created specifically for you are transferred to you as agreed in the confirmed email. Third-party items (such as themes, plugins, fonts, stock images, hosting and domain names) remain subject to their own licences. The text, design and logos on aktechpark.com belong to AK Tech Park and may not be copied without permission.
Third-party services
Advertising platforms (such as Google, Meta and JioHotstar), hosting providers, domain registrars and payment gateways are operated by third parties. Ad budgets paid to those platforms are governed by their own policies, and results such as rankings or ad performance depend on factors outside our control, so we do not guarantee specific results.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your payment or confirmation applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction.
