How project confirmations and cancellations work.
About our services
AK Tech Park (“AK Tech Park”, “we”, “us”) is an IT services company based in Saibaba Colony, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. We provide digital services such as website design and development, software development, digital marketing, SEO, branding and graphic design. We do not sell or ship physical goods.
Projects start on mutual confirmation
Every project starts only after mutual confirmation by email between you and AK Tech Park. Before that, you are free to discuss, change or drop the requirement at no cost.
No cancellation after confirmation
Once a project is confirmed by email and payment is made, orders cannot be cancelled, because our team allocates time and starts work immediately. Any exception, pause or change of scope is handled only as per the terms agreed in that confirmation email.
Changes and pauses
If you need to change the scope or pause the project, email us. Changes are agreed in writing by email, and may affect the timeline and cost.
Recurring services
For monthly services such as SEO, ads management or hosting, the notice period and renewal terms are those agreed in the confirmation email.
