How refunds work for our digital services and online payments.
About our services
AK Tech Park (“AK Tech Park”, “we”, “us”) is an IT services company based in Saibaba Colony, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. We provide digital services such as website design and development, software development, digital marketing, SEO, branding and graphic design. We do not sell or ship physical goods.
Refunds for services
Our services are custom work that starts after mutual confirmation by email, and our team begins planning and work once a payment is received. For this reason, payments are generally non-refundable once work has started. Any refund, partial refund or credit is only as specifically agreed in the confirmed email or proposal for that project.
Payments that are always refunded
- Duplicate payments: if you were charged twice for the same invoice.
- Failed transactions: if money was debited but the payment did not reach us.
- Excess payments: if you paid more than the invoiced amount.
Please email us with the transaction details and we will verify and process these.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking or wallet) within 5–7 working days of approval. Your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to show the amount in your account.
Third-party charges
Amounts already paid to third parties for your project, such as domain registration, hosting, paid plugins or themes, and ad budgets spent on Google, Meta or other platforms, cannot be refunded by us.
How to request
Email info@aktechpark.com with your name, invoice number, payment date, amount and reason. We respond within 3 working days.
